- Scoops without handle were stored inside the flour container and ice cooler. Scoops were removed by staff during inspection.- Ensure to use scoops with handles and all scoops are to be stored away from the food product or in a separate food-safe container.

- Sewer gas odor detected in the back kitchen. As per the operator, grease trap was regularly cleaned but up to date record was not maintained.- Please repair/clean the grease trap and eliminate the odor.

Baseboard tiles on the wall near the back door were damaged.- Please repair.

- Many scoops without handles or using bowls in bulk ingredients bin.- Acquire scoops with handles to prevent risk of contamination from hands. Store scoops with handle facing up or in a separate clean food safe container and wash regularly.

- Rice in ricer cokoer was measured at 50C. - Ensure rice cooker is holding at least 60C for hot holding.- Rice was reheated and measured at 74C before hot holding in a different rice cooker measuring >60C.
