- 1. Rodent droppings were observed in the kitchen area and beneath the point-of-sale counter.2. Worn weather stripping was also observed at the front entrance door, creating a gap that may allow pest entry into the facility.Replace the weather stripping and ensure pest control measures are conducted.

- Used cleaning cloths were found on kitchen countertops. Staff was advised to store all used cleaning cloths in a sanitizing solution when they are not in use. A fresh batch of quat sanitizer was prepared and cleaning cloths properly stored in it.

- There was no paper towel in the second sink paper dispenser. Staff was promptly instructed to restock the dispenser with paper towels. In the meantime, they could make use of the hand wash sinks that were adequately stocked with soap, paper towels and running water
