- Weather stripping at the back entrance door, is in disrepair. Replace weather stripping.

- Brownish, foamy water was observed coming from the top of the dishwasher and running down the side while in use. The manager indicated that he is are aware of the issue and steps are being taken to have the dishwasher serviced.

- Sanitizer bucket measured approx 50-100ppm Quat.Ensure an approved sanitizer is being used (ie. 200ppm Quat). Use test strips to check the sanitizer's concentration; change solution as required to maintain approved concentrations.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The top coating on the floor is wearing away in high traffic areas. These worn away spots appear dirty and are not smooth or easily cleanable anymore.Please ensure floors are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
