- Handles (high touch areas) of equipment/appliances (ie. coolers, fries freezer) had some buildup of dried food. Operator indicated those areas would be addressed going forward.Both mechanical ventilation hood had some buildup of grease/oil and were due for cleaning.

- - One of the handwashing sinks in the front area (to the far right from the reception) did not have the hot water supply. - In the food establishment, every handwashing sink must be supplied with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels.Action required:-Please fix the faucet and get the hot water supply.

- - The facility required additional cleaning in the walk-in cooler floor. The food leftovers, dirt was observed in the walk-in cooler floor.-The chemical based manual dishwasher machine had grease, dirt and debris accumulated on the inner walls and in the dishwasher rinse aid.- The ceiling above the dishwashing area was dirty.- The ventilation hoods in the front area, were greasy, oily.Action required:- Please clean the floor of walk-in cooler.- Staff was advised to scrub and clean the dishwasher.-Please clean the ceilings.- Please get the ventilation hood cleaned
