      • The hand washing station in the deli is clogged. Repair the hand washing station in the deli.
    • 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done: (a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
      • The food contact surface sanitizer in the deli was too strong. To prepare a food contact surface sanitizer, mix 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) bleach with each litre of water in the solution. If this is placed in a recycled bottle, clearly label the bottle to indicate that it contains sanitizer.
