    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Infant room has one sink within the roomBetween the diaper stand and sink counter area is a washroom(with one sink/one toilet) The sink within the room had baby bottles/food items and a kettle adjacent to it. The staff use this sink to wash hands after diapering. It is not an appropriate area to store and make any food including baby bottles/formula. If the staff need this counter/sink for bottle making then the washroom sink needs to be the dedicated diapering handwash sink. Otherwise any bottle making must only be done in the kitchen. Provide an update and a written plan.
