      • Facility specific written procedures were discussed with operator.Facility required procedures for accidental cuts and punctures.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • During the inspection it was observed that operator was not following the manufacturer's instructions for the use of Low-Level Disinfectant.Please make sure that tools are properly cleaned before disinfection in the barbicide.Follow manufacturer instructions for re-use period of disinfectant.

      • Facility requires extensive cleaning in the client service area.Please make sure that facility is maintained in clean state and all the surfaces are cleaned and disinfected properly.

      • It was observed that there was only one sink available in the facility that was being used for hand washing and tool cleaning.Discussed with operator to establish the cleaning procedures for proper sink cleaning and disinfection between use for hand washing and tools cleaning.
