      • Cooler was measuring at 9C. Perishable food was removed to functioning fridge during inspection.*Please ensure that the cooler is able to maintain 4C before moving perishable food back to the cooler. Please ensure temperatures are checked regularly.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The hand sink plumbing was in disrepair with noted water leaking from main plumbing.Please repair the hand sink plumbing to be in good operating condition.

The areas under the 2 compartment sink and hand sink were noted to be water damaged.Please remove all water damaged material and replace with new material to be in good condition, smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. 2. Deep cleaning is required in the following areas as debris and dirt build up was noted:- Walls behind deep freezers and oven-Cupboard spaces: Debris noted-Areas behind counter space where dirt build up was notedPlease ensure that all areas of the kitchen including harder to reach areas are kept in a sanitary condition.
