      • Paper towel was not available at time of inspection.Staff on site replaced the paper towel in the kitchen for handwashing at time of inspection.Ensure paper towel and soap are always available prior to food preparation.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The plumbing under the kitchen sink was leaking (during dishwasher wash cylce).Maintenance had been contacted.
