      • 1. In Room 4, the front-facing trimming on the corner of the purple counter near the handwashing area was observed to be peeling off. 2. In Room 2, the front-facing trimming on the back counter was observed to be peeling off with several pieces of tape holding it on. 1. Ensure all items labeled "keep out of reach of children" are stored in a place that is not accessible to children. The operator relocated the indicated items during the inspection.

      • The light above the handwashing sink in Room 10 was observed to be burnt out. Ensure the indicated light is repaired to be operational.
