- Observation: Stove range hood was observed coated with grease- wich could drop down and cross contaminate foods being prepared. The stove top was covered with aluminum foil that was observed coated in food debris.
- Corrective Action: Clean and sanitize implicated areas. If needed to maintain sanitary environment, increase cleaning frequency.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Unapproved npon-food surface sanitizer being used on food contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure only approved sanitizers are being used on food contact surfaces to ensure chemical contamination of food items does not occure. Moving foreward, ensure bleach solution at 200ppm is used on food contact surfaces.
