      • The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA AND GARBAGE CORRAL WITH CARDBOARD BOXES ON GROUNDS, CARDBOARD FOOD CONTAINERS AND AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF DEAD LEAFS ON GROUND SURROUNDING WASTE CONTAINERS. FOOD WASTE CONTAINER FOUND WITH OPEN LIDS AND FOOD DEBRIS INSIDE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM GROUND AND LIDS MUST BE CLOSED AND TIGHT FITTING AT ALL TIMES. RECOMMEND USING CHAINS THAT WERE PROVIDE TO SECURE LIDS.
