THE FLOOR AT DOOR ENTRY TO THE WALK-IN COOLERS IS UN-EVEN-MUST RE-SURFACE & MAKE SMOOTH/EASILY CLEANABLE. ALL STOCK/SUPPLIES MUST BE ELEVATED OFF THE FLOOR, FOR EASY CLEANING/PEST MONITORING.
