- All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. Over 100 mouse droppings were found around and under shelving and baseboards throughout the 1st and 2nd floor classrooms and closets. Remove all evidence of pest activity, shampoo the soiled carpets and seal up all areas of possible harborage including the holes in the baseboards in the front entry waiting area and electrical closets. Seal the outer openings in the mechanical room on the first floor and in the adult program room.
