One rope lane hatch cover was not completely level with the surrounding pool deck surface, and one side with tile had a sharp edge.Ensure the hatch cover is level with the pool deck surface and the edge with the sharp tile is filed down to help prevent injury.2. The bench attached to the wall in the women's shower changeroom wheelchair accessible stall is broken. Area has been taped off with a "closed" sign.Restrict access to the stall until the bench has been repaired.

      • 1- The staircase leading to the waterslide was observed to require cleaning. Ensure the staircase is cleaned and maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Not assessed during inspection.2- Exposed metal wires were observed on the floor beneath the waterslide and under the diving board.Ensure the exposed wires are covered or otherwise protected to eliminate the hazard. A suitable protective covering, such as a pool noodle or equivalent material, can be used. Not assessed during inspection.3- Rope lane hatch covers were not level with the surrounding pool deck surface. Ensure the hatch covers are repaired, adjusted, or replaced so they are flush with the pool deck surface and do not present a tripping hazard. Not assessed during inspection.4- Construction activities were occurring near an exit at the time of inspection. Ensure appropriate emergency exit signage is installed and clearly visible to direct the public away from the construction area and toward designated emergency exits. 5- Equipment and supplies were observed to be stored near the pool area at the time of inspection. Ensure all equipment, tools, and construction materials are removed from the pool area and stored in an appropriate location away from public access.
