MACHINE TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AND MUST NOT USED UNTIL CLEANED AND SANITIZED, LETTER FAXED REQUESTING INSPECTION AND TAG REMOVAL. DISCUSSED IMPORTANCE OF GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES.
