THE CAN OPENER HAS SOME METAL BUILDUP, CLEAN OFF METAL BUILDUP AND REPLACE THE BLADE AND GEAR SET TO REDUCE POSSIBLE METAL CONTAMINATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS. THE FRUIT CUP AND JUICE DISPLAY COOLER HAS SOME ICE BUILDUP, CHECK COOLER AND REMOVE ICE BUILDUP.

- The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS IN THE WALK-IN COOLER AND BEHIND THE OVENS HAVE SOME DEBRIS IN THE CORNERS, AND THE KITCHEN HAS EXCESS WATER UNDER THE 3-COMPARMENT SINK. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.
