      • Only one sink was equipped in the kitchen. A properly sized 2-compartment stainless steel sink must be installed for utensil cleaning and sanitizing. The operator reported that all the serving utensils are single use disposable ones only.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No designated hand sink was equipped in the kitchen. A stainless hand sink must be equipped in the kitchen and it can only be used for handwashing purposes.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The door of the handicapped washroom was observed being opened to one side of the counter in the kitchen directly. Ensure that a double door be installed in the handicapped washroom to prevent potential air contamination.
