      • No straps were observed on the diaper change table in the children's washroom. Ensure that straps be install on the diaper change table to prevent falls for children.

      • One of the operators' sick child stayed at the baby room during inspection. Education was provided to the operators during inspection that any sick person cannot be transferred to a facility where vulnerable people are residing or staying. The sick child must be removed from the facility ASAP. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting must occur in the facility including the baby room after.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Some stuff was piled up in the hallway close to the kitchen. Please note that this issue has been noted before and it must be addressed in a timely manner. Ensure that supplies be stored at the proper designated areas and hallways should be left clear at all times.
