      • The semi-critical reusable devices are disinfected with a CS 20 Preempt high level of disinfectant. The disinfectant poured into the container was being reused but the container was not labelled with a date. The concentration of the reusable disinfectant was not tested and no test strips were present during inspection. Ensure that manufacturer's instructions be properly followed when reusing the disinfectant. The container used to store the reusable container must be labelled with a date. Test strips must be obtained to test the concentration each time when using the reusable disinfectant and test records must be kept in place up to inspections.
