      • October 7, 2025The inspector was informed that the school has been notified about the damaged wall and is waiting for repairs.----------The east wall of the gym was observed to have chipped, cracked, and peeling paint, exposing the drywall.Please either patch and repaint the affected wall or install a half wall that is durable, easily cleanable, and resistant to contaminants.

      • Bingo markers and glitter glue not safe for children were found in the Kindergarten Room.The operator was informed about acceptable markers for children, labelled with an "AP" stamp or labelled as non-toxic with an age range. The operator promptly removed the craft items. Please sort through all craft materials and remove anything potentially hazardous to children.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) The tops of shelving units used to store toys and art supplies were observed to be worn out, exposing raw wood. Raw wood is not an easily cleanable surface.Please refinish the worn surface or replace the entire unit to ensure the surfaces are smooth, easily cleanable, and impervious to contaminants.2) The east wall of the gym was observed to have chipped, cracked, and peeling paint, exposing the drywall.Please either patch and repaint the affected wall or install a half wall that is durable, easily cleanable, and resistant to contaminants.
