     • The temperature of the sauce covered chicken wings displayed in the hot holding unit was tested using a probe thermometer, and the internal temperature measured at 51C. Food stored within the danger zone of 4C - 60C creates an ideal environment for harmful bacteria to rapidly multiply.The operator promptly discarded the chicken wings.
   • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
     • The handwash station paper towel dispenser located in the staff washroom was observed to be empty.The operator promptly refilled the paper towel dispenser. Please ensure handwash supplies are fully stocked at all times.
   • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
     • The toilet paper dispenser located in the staff washroom was observed to be empty.The operator promptly refilled the toilet paper dispenser. Please ensure that the toilet paper dispenser is stocked at all times for proper hygienic practices.
