- The chlorine-based sanitizer solution was mixed too strong; it bleached the test strips when tested. The solution was diluted and re-tested at the time of the inspection to be 100ppm.

- Chlorine test strips could not be located at the time of the inspection. The inspector provided the operator with a few chlorine test strips at the time of the inspection and instructed the operator to obtain more for the remainder of the event.
