      • Chlorine sanitizer was measured at 1000pppm in the spray bottle and not labelled. Use 100 to 200ppm chlorine (1/2 to 1 teaspoon bleach per L water) and label the chlorine sanitizer.

      • The two-compartment and handwash sinks were dirty. Clean the sinks.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The chlorine-based sanitizer solution was mixed too strong; it bleached the test strips when tested. The solution was diluted and re-tested at the time of the inspection to be 100ppm.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Chlorine test strips could not be located at the time of the inspection. The inspector provided the operator with a few chlorine test strips at the time of the inspection and instructed the operator to obtain more for the remainder of the event.
