      • The baked food items were infested with pests. The facility's manager discarded the baked goods as the inspectors observed the task. The facility is not to store any food items inside the cabinet until the pest issue is remediated. The operators are to ensure that enhanced cleaning methods are used regularly in this cabinet and in the surrounding area where pests could be harbored until the issue is remediated.

      • Pest issues were observed by pest control company increasing since May 2025. The operators are to ensure compliance with and assist with the pest control company's effort to resolve the pest issue. This will include the need to deep cleaning areas where pests may be harbored.

      • 1. Hand sink in food area observed to be blocked and not draining correctly, food particles and organic matter observed in flooded sink after handwashing. Operators are to ensure that all sinks and drains are free from debris and maintained in a clean manner at all times for safe and sanitary operation of the facility.2. Lack of general cleaning was observed in the facility notably in these areas: Under the Slurpee machine, under baked goods cabinet, floors of the customer eating area, the kitchen area, the drains, floors of the staff area.Operators are to ensure that the facility and all the equipment are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner at all times.
