I travel on #3 highway many times a year. This has always been one of my regular stops. The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. Every time I asked for something like wings before noon, they tried their best to honor my request. Like the other 7 eleven, it helps to have the app so you can get member deals.

I experienced an absolute failure of basic customer service and human safety at this location. Due to a complete phone failure and hacked accounts, I was stranded at the pumps in the middle of the night with no access to funds. My partner called the store from Nelson trying to coordinate a manual payment or find an emergency workaround. Not only did the staff completely refuse to assist, but the manager explicitly told my partner our emergency situation was "bullshit." When I went inside the store to seek help or find a safe solution, the staff treated me with outright hostility, mockery, and zero professional decency. Being stranded at night is a safety issue. To be called a liar and mistreated by staff when looking for a safe way to pay for fuel is completely unacceptable. This location severely needs a corporate audit on customer safety and employee conduct. Avoid this store if you are traveling through the area.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Most unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. The night manager needs to be fired and the staff need to learn better critical thinking skills. Go to literally any other gas station

Stopped for gas and a coffee. Parking lot is a sheet of Ice, I fell stepping out my vehicle. Carfully I went in side to find a messy store and imported workers calling home, while the other doom scrolled. I was barley acknowlaged, god I hate living in Canada.

I just took a big swig of expired chocolate milk. It's not hard to stay on top of inventory, on a 711! This isn't COSTCO. It's a small town convenience store. Clowns.

This location definitely wins the award for worst 7-11 in western Canada. I'm not sure they clean this store once a month. Gross. There are two other convenience stores in town. Both of those stores are very clean and the staff in both places are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you avoid this location.

We stopped in here, at the 711 Fernie on Monday, August 21/23 so that hubby could get a softdrink refill. He had previously purchased their cup for $6.00. When he went to pay, the guy told him it was $2.00 and hubby told him he always pays .99 cents and it is that price everywere else. The guy again said $2.00. Hubby said they could keep it, dumped it out and walked out. Agree with another poster - 'Clowns'. Again, agree with another poster - 'Filthy'. I never go into the store with my husband because the last time I was in there, the washroom was so filthy I wouldn't use it. And the rest of the store looks filthy as well. I would never, ever order food there. On another note - interesting to note some of the names on the positive reviews. In my opinion, these positive reviews were posted by them/friends to boost their ratings. It's a shame these people took over as the store used to be a great place to stop.

Slushy was basically water, no consistency. Very dirty floors in the evening and when ordering chicken wings with wedges, the guy mentioned it does not come with wedges. The bloody signs say otherwise. Thank goodness we were only passing by in the town…

Called and ordered wings 30 minutes in advance so we wouldn't have to wait. Got there, and they hadn't even started. Then they said it would be a 7 minute wait. Then, 2 minutes later, they said it …
