- Observation(s): New hydrogen peroxide sanitizer solution was not being used as per manufacturers instructions (leave on surface 5 min and rinse with potable water). Facility will be switching to 100 ppm chlorine solution for food contact surfaces. Test strips available on site.

- Observation(s): Ensure accurate thermometers are in all refrigeration equipment that contains potentially hazardous foods. At the time of inspection the thermometer in the left stand up unit was not reading accurately. If this thermometer cannot be calibrated it must be replaced.
