- Observation(s): The Quat sanitizer bucket solution (in the milk wand area) measured 50 ppm. The required Quat sanitizer concentration is 200 ppm. As discussed, the sanitizer solution must be changed more frequently, especially after heavy usage. This was corrected during the inspection.
