(ie: landscape mowers, winter ice cleaners, etc. Any/all unused items are to be removed to free up space. Organize storage shelving!

- Observation: There is an abundace of food debris and filth underneath the equipmemt and shelves.
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure to sweep out when cleaning and to focus on cleaning the hard to reach places close to the perimeter. Do not push debris further back when you clean, instead pull it out and clean it up. Build up of food waste and debris may lead to a pest problem since there is a door present that takes you to the back of the establishment.

More frequent cleaning required under equipment is required - some pieces of chicken were observed under upright freezer in kitchen. One dead rodent found under electrical panel boxes in back pop storage room - please have removed and reset trap.
