      • Observation: Double door freezer at 4C
      • Corrective Action(s): Freezer doors must be kept closed at all times if loading deliveries make sure that only one door is opened at a time, do not open both.
      • Make sure that when pulling product to defrost that only one box at a time is pulled and labeled before taking the next out of the freezer. Do not pull several boxes at a time and only open one freezer door at a time.
      • If freezer is warming up make sure that both doors are kept close to prevent food thawing.
      • If this continues to be an issue consider getting a second freezer to distribute food into to prevent overfilling of the existing freezer and to maximize cooling.
