     • Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize entire rear storage areas. Store all items in designated areas. Remove all/any unused items - shelving, etc. Access to work sinks is to be kept free of debris.

     • Observation: Sanitation: Storage areas - unused items noted, cluttered. Milk cooler: spillage/broken eggs noted below/under shelves.
     • Corrective Action(s): Continue efforts to clean and organize storage areas. Effort is to be made to store all items off of floors. Remove all unwanted/unused items to free up space.

     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The loading bay door and the door leading out to the garbage area were both open at the time of inspection.
     • Corrective Action(s): This may lead to a pest problem because they have an easy access point. Keep these doors closed when not in use.
     • Violation Score: 3
     • 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer spray bottle labelled as Quat Sanitizer had water inside it.
     • Corrective Action(s): This could cause confusion for employees thinking that they are using a sanitizer to clean when in fact it is only water. Only fill the labelled bottles with what they are labelled as.
