- Pop spillage was observed on the wall behind the pop rack and underneath the shelving. Clean the above mentioned area.

- The handle on the standup cooler is in disrepair and is sticking out of the cooler. Repair the handle such that it is smooth, durable, easy to clean, and to prevent accident cuts or injuries.

- Sticky residue buildup and coffee spillage was observed under the coffee machines by the back handsink. Clean the above mentioned area.

- -The milk stored in the ice bath initially measured 6°C. The staff added more ice to the bath to lower the temperature, resulting in a measurement of 3°C.- The sauces in the prep area measured between 6°C-7°C. The staff added more ice to the bath to lower the temperature, resulting in a measurement of 4°C.- The food in the hot holding unit was initially measured at 55°C. The temperature of the hot holding was then adjusted. At the end of the inspection, the food was recorded at 63°C.
