      • The baseboards in the OSC washroom was observed to be peeling and falling off the wall. Baseboards were missing in the hallway leading to the OSC and to the preschool rooms. Repair/replace the baseboards.

      • The disinfectant bottle located in the preschool room was not labelled. The bottle was labelled upon request.

      • The baseboards in the OSC washroom was observed to be peeling and falling off the wall. Baseboards were missing in the hallway leading to the OSC and to the preschool rooms. Repair/replace the baseboards.

      • The red drawers located in the preschool room are missing knob handles. Replace the missing handles.

      • The child proofing strap for the cabinet located under the sink in the toddler room was in disrepair. The cabinet was used to store diapers. Repair the child proofing strap.

      • Dirt and debris was observed around the diapering mats in the baby and toddler room. Clean the above mentioned areas.

      • The bedding of the mattresses in the baby room were observed to be touching while in storage. The bedding was immediately removed upon request. Ensure all bedding is separated even while in storage.

      • Some equipment in the facility noted to have untreated wood shelving/storage equipment. Discussed with operator that surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent to moisture and easily cleanable.
