      • REPEAT VIOLATION:The floor in the walk-in freezer requires thorough scrubbing and cleaning. Use an appropriate approved cleaning chemical to remove grease buildup and stains. Maintain the floor in a clean and sanitary condition through regular cleaning.

      • Handwashing sink was obstructed by a garbage bin. This issue was corrected during the inspection.

      • The weather stripping on the front main door was in poor condition, leaving a gap underneath. Please repair or replace the weather stripping to ensure the door closes properly and to prevent pest entry, reducing the risk of infestation

      • The soft dispenser appears to be leaking, causing a minor spill on the floor. Please clean it to prevent a nuisance condition.

      • It was noted that the weather stripping on the main entrance door was damaged, with a piece missing.The weather stripping needs to be changed to prevent pest infestation.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall, a comprehensive floor cleaning is required: the area under the three-compartment sink, near the grease trap, the storage space, and the area beneath the pop machine and prep tables.Please clean all the mentioned areas now and consistently thereafter.

      • Paper towel was missing in one of the handwash stations. Upon request the operator restocked the handwash station.

      • The handwashing sink behind the front counter did not have soap. Upon request, the dispenser was refilled by a staff member. Soap must be present at every handwashing sink at all times.

      • All fridges/freezers were measured at satisfactory temperatures. However, coffee creamer pods were observed at 21 C in the containers where they are supposed to be stored on ice. The ice was also melted.- Operator discarded these creamer pods during the inspection.
