The following areas were visibly soiled at the time of inspection:- Shelves inside the pizza prep refrigerator (including the bottom shelf)- Wall by 3-compartment sink- Filters above the deep fryer and pizza ovenAdditionally, the internal ductwork of the exhaust system may be due for professional cleaning.Please clean all identified surfaces and implement a regular cleaning schedule for high-contact and grease-prone areas. Consider professional ductwork cleaning to maintain proper ventilation and sanitation.2. One shelving unit inside the walk-in cooler remains propped on a Pepsi tray due to a missing wheel. This issue was noted during the previous inspection and remains outstanding. The tray is visibly dirty and presents both a sanitation and occupational safety concern.Please repair the shelving unit by replacing the missing wheel. Equipment must be maintained in a sanitary and safe condition at all times.
