      • All bleach sanitizer solutions in preschool 1 measured at 50 ppm.- The operator made new bleach sanitizer solutions and all new solutions were measured at 100 ppm.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Microscope toy was secured using tape.- Repair toys in a way that they remain smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.2) Toy bins throughout the facility had dust accumulated.- Clean the bins on a regular basis.3) Diapering pad cover in pre-school 1 room had a tear exposing the foam pad. - Change the diapering pad cover.

      • The kitchen toy in the pre-school room had dust accumulated.-Clean the toys on a regular basis.
