      • Two containers of flour previously used for coating meats and intended for reuse was stored uncovered at room temperature overnight on a shelf, leading to time-temperature abuse. The operator complied with the instruction to discard the flour.

      • No sanitizer detected in the dishwasher with test papers. Please ensure the dishwasher has a sanitizer concentration of 100PPM od Chlorine. Until the dishwasher is in good repair follow manual dishwashing procedure.
