    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The three-door cooler at the back is at 6 to 8C at different locations. Please continue monitoring and ensure it is at or below 4C at all times. Please call for service if required.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Please ensure single use towel is stored in appropriate dispenser to prevent contamination of towels and to encourage hand hygiene.
