- High temp dishwasher not reaching sanitizing temperature. However, alternate arrangement – 3 comp. sink + sanitizer available – staff have knowledge of manual dishwashing procedures. Please ensure the dishwaher is in good repair.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No hand washing sink located at the front service area easy to access and for handwashing. Areas with handling of open food (portioning, processing, mixing, cooking, etc.) must have a designated handwashing sink within 10ft of this area. This handwashing sink cannot be obstructed. One of the dump sink in the front service area is designated as handwashing sink and equipped with supplies at the time of inspection.Please consider installing splash guard for the designated sink, should require.
