- A porous mat was placed in front of the dishwasher to mitigate potential slipping hazards. Please remove and replace with a washable mat. Recommend obtaining rubber mat similar to what was behind the cook line.

- The laminate edge of the shelf at the end of the dishwashing line for clean dishes was damaged and particle board was exposed. Please repair so surfaces are smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
