- Gap noticed at the bottom of the exit door.-Weatherstrip and seal the gap.

- 1) Raw wood exposed on sheet under the stainless-steel food counter in the back area.2) Broken tiles observed under the stainless-steel food counter.3) Gap observed around the pipe near the 2-compartment sink.4) Baseboard still coming off behind the cook line and gap was noticed between the wall and the floor.-Seal the holes and gaps and ensure that the surfaces are smooth, impervious to moisture and can be easily cleaned and sanitized.
