- Sanitizer was too weak when initially tested. It was re-mixed at time of inspection and was then found to be between 100-200 ppm chlorine.

- 1. There was some tape on the inside door handle in the walk in cooler. - Remove tape and repair handle. 2. The shelving at the back of the kitchen was unfinished raw wood. - Paint or finish all wood surfaces to ensure it is smooth, easy to clean, and non-absorbent.
