      • - Large jug with what appeared to be mayonnaise was observed in the fridge in an unlabeled bottle, with no expiration / best before date. ** Please dispose of the product as it is unclear what the product is, what the source is, and what it's best before/ expiration date is. -
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • - The dishwasher was not operational. ** Please repair or replace the dishwasher. Switch to single use disposable plates / utensils for clients and use the two-compartment sink method (document provided via email) to wash / sanitize kitchen cooking equipment/ utensils until the dishwasher is repaired or replaced. -
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?

Flicking bulbs were observed in the facility 's kitchen.-Please replace these light bulbs and ensure the kitchen is well lit to proper food safety procedures.**July 3 2026 inspection: this violation is still outstanding. 2. Ensure the backsplash is sealed so it is smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.A light is burnt out in the kitchen and in the child care rooms.
