      • Front hand sink in the service area was being used to clean dirty utensils and food was being prepared near the sink.-Ensure that no food is prepared near the sink to reduce risk of contamination.-Ensure hand sink is only used for handwashing.

      • Flour bulk containers in the food prep area were found uncovered during the inspection.- Operator covered the containers with lid during inspection.

      • 1. Hand sink at the front service area had no paper towels and no paper towel dispenser.- Ensure paper towel dispenser is installed with adequate supply of paper towels.2. Washroom sink had no paper towel at the time of inspection.- Paper towel placed at the sink by the operator.3. Hand sink in the dry storage/locker room had no paper towels and no paper towel dispenser observed during inspection.-Ensure all handwashing sinks are always fully supplied with hand soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water.

      • Expired food permit was displayed at the facility.-Ensure valid food handling permit is displayed for the public to easily view it.
