- 1. The white cutting boards have heavy black buildup in the cuts and grooves.- Boards discarded and will be replaced with new one.2. Dirty lids covering several food containers in the walk-in cooler.- Container lids sent for washing.2. The dough mixer (exterior and the large mixing bowl), the small countertop slicer, the interior of the preparation cooler are dirty with visible food accumulation and the interior of the ice machine requires cleaning.- Cleaning is required.

- The following equipment requires cleaning to remove food particles, dried food spills and/or grease accumulation: the microwave doors, the interior and exterior of the prep cooler, the pizza pan storage box, the fronts of the cook line equipment, the exhaust hood filters, the slicer, the deep fryer baskets and the exterior of the ice machine.The small white cutting board has black buildup in the cuts and grooves. Scrub with a brush or discard.
