      • Infant room:Diaper change table was being disinfected and wiped with a reusable cloth.Discussed with staff onsite that single use towel was required for diapering disinfection only.

      • Infant room: Baseboard was missing near the infant hand sink and wall next to the door.Repair or replace the baseboard or wall to be in good repair and in cleanable condition. Toddler room 2: Cupboard door hinge was broken.Repair or replace the cupboard door hinge.

      • 1. Mr Clean was kept in sink cabinet in the Toddler 1 washroom. The lock was installed during the inspection.2. A bleach chlorine disinfectant bottle and a spray bottle with a yellow solution were not labelled in main washroom. They were labelled during the inspection.

      • 1. Art supplies were labelled as 3+ in the Toddler 2 room. Please provide age-appropriate supplies.2. There was a rocking chair accessible to children in the Baby room, creating a crushing/pinching hazard.

      • 1. A white shelving unit observed in Toddler 2 room had sharp corners. Corner protectors were installed during the inspection.2. Water beads were used in the OSC room and not been discarded after each use. They were discarded during the inspection.
