- There was a visible gap at the bottom of the back door which can be a potential entry point for pests.- Please install the new weatherstrip and ensure the door is vermin proof.

- 1. Missing tiles were observed in the cookline area beside the deep fryer, which is not easy to clean. - Staff advised that they are aware about the issue and working to resolve it.2. Stainless steel baseboard in the walk-in-freezer was in disrepair. - Please repair the above-mentioned area.- Ensure all the surfaces in the facility are durable, impervious to moisture and easily cleanable.

- Duct tape was observed at the base of the food cart located in the main kitchen.- Please remove the duct tape as it is not easily cleanable and repair the base of the food cart.
