- Once canned food is opened, the remaining food must be transferred to a food grade container for storage.

(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Exhaust hood ventilation systems including filters, ducts, fans, and fire suppression must be cleaned at a frequency that prevents accumulation of grease deposits and other debris.
- 8(2) A permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the food establishment.
