      • Raw meat was being thawed in stagnant water. Raw meat must be thawed using safe and approved methods to reduce the risk of pathogen growth and foodborne illness. Approved thawing methods:- In the cooler- Under cold running water- As part of the cooking process- In a microwave *must be used immediately after thawing. Running cold water was turned on at the time of the inspection.

      • November 28, 2025 Evidence of a cockroach infestation was observed in the stall. Multiple German cockroaches were observed on monitoring glue boards throughout the stall. Please work with the professional pest control company to abate the pest issue.December 10, 2025Cockroach feces were found on the tiled wall behind the upright cooler and in the corner of the two-compartment sink.Clean the wall.

      • November 28, 2025 The basement shared food storage area with wire mesh storage lockers had a significant cockroach infestation. German cockroaches were observed on monitoring glue boards as well as free from traps crawling along the floor.Please work with the professional pest control company to abate the pest issue.December 10, 2025One adult and two nymph cockroaches were captured on glue boards in the basement storage area. This area also had over 10 dead nymph cockroaches on the floor.

Debris was observed on shelving units under the countertop, ventilation hood, flat grill and in coolers including gaskets. Clean all surfaces thoroughly.
