     • A designated handwashing sink is missing in the kitchen. In the past, one of the sinks at the 3-comp sink was being used as a handwashing sink as only one food item was being produced. With the expansion of the menu, this is inadequate and RTE bakery items are being processed in the safe space as raw sausages.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Install a handwashing sink beside the 3-comp sink, in the kitchen, so staff can easily wash hands when they become dirty.
