The cooked lobster tail is meant for the public to immediately consume it. A health operating permit is required for offering such services. This means a yearly health permit must be paid and a health permit posted at the Seafood Dept..
      • Corrective Action(s): Immediately complete an updated Health Application form to reflect the category change and pay the yearly health permit fees of $75 (multi-facility discount). Post the health permit at in the Seafood Dept when you receive it.
